For those who are more sensitive we provide and recommend the use of a topical numbing cream, and a sample is even included with the purchase of your Phoenix Her. The majority of Phoenix Her users experience no pain at all.

The Phoenix Her produces acoustic waves by means of high energy collisions between mechanical components within the device, fifteen times per second. As a result, there is significant mechanical noise generated during operation. While steps have been taken to insulate and isolate the noise making components, The Phoenix Her is still fairly noisy during use and we recommend taking precautions to protect your hearing. For example, we recommend against using The Phoenix Her in a small, enclosed, acoustically ‘hard’ space such as a tiled bathroom, where sound waves are reflected off of hard surfaces and reinforce one another, effectively making them louder. We suggest using The Phoenix Her in a larger space which is acoustically ‘softer’ (fewer hard, sound reflecting surfaces—for example a room with carpet and curtains is preferable).
There is no ‘down time’ with the Phoenix Her. You can be active right after a treatment. If you used a topical numbing cream, you may have to wait a few hours for the numbing effect to wear off.

Should your device malfunction on its own with no physical damage made, we will provide you with a replacement device at no additional cost in exchange for the malfunctioning device. Due to the nature of this device, we do not offer refunds once it has been shipped from our facility. We also offer an Extended Warranty that can be added to your cart by clicking here. The warranty covers the device for 1 year.
Warranty
We offer and recommend purchasing the extended manufacturer’s warranty, available at the time of purchase, to extend your manufacturer’s warranty to 12 months. Physical damage is not covered. If your undamaged Phoenix Her stops working within your year of coverage, we will replace it.
